Approved operates a successful Financial Planning and Finance practice based in Floreat. As an award-winning practice with an 18 years history assisting our long-term clients, we have a culture of excellence and outstanding client service.

Key accountabilities of this position include:

- Administration support to financial advisers and fellow team members
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients
- Finalisation of Statements of Advice to ensure quality presentation
- Preparation of client advice documents (Records and Statements of Advice)
- New business lodgment and advice execution
- Maintenance of existing client investments and insurances
- Research and quoting
- Liaise with fund managers regarding business processing
- File management
- Driven and motivated in your approach to pursuing a career within financial planning
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- A willingness to strictly adhere to compliance within a financial planning office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding computer skills with experience using preferably Plutosoft including workflow and task management
- Performance orientated
- Strategic thinker with problem solving skills
- Displays initiative
- Organised and methodical in your approach to work
- High attention to detail
- A mature attitude with the ability to work autonomously within a team environment
- A relevant Commerce/Finance/Economics degree and RG146 is an advantage but not essential.
