iSeekCare is a disability and aged care support provider that works with customers to assist participants with realising their potential and providing the highest quality support to improve people lives with independence.
We’re a new franchise provider of iSeekCare and we are launching into the care industry on the Central Coast NSW.
We are looking for a Support Relationship Manager to help us launch into the Central Coast area, while this is a start-up business there is real potential with this position. This is a part-time to full time position.
**About The Role**:
The Support Relationship Manager is responsible for the acquisition and retention of business in the NDIS sector.
The main functions of this role will be to create new opportunities to develop long lasting relationships with business partners, participants, and their families across the Central Coast.
This role is more than just sales, they believe that building relationships is the key to their success, when you care about the people you are dealing with everything else just falls in to place.
**The Roles Responsibilities**:
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, following up all opportunities through the relationship building process.
- Developing key relationships with clients and driving business growth.
- Following through with all compliance and processes
- Nurturing the onboarding of new participants to ensure an easy intake is followed.
- Be active within the community to build a strong nurturing brand that shows the community who we are and what our true values are in business.
- Consulting with cold and warm opportunities to provide advice and solutions to participants and help them understand the process.
- Maintain existing relationships with participants and their families to ensure that we meet and exceed our support service level.
- Provide support to new participant while recruiting for support workers to take over the support.
- Minimum 1-3 years in support coordination or relationship management experience.
- 2-3 years disability age care or disability experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrating your knowledge and understand of the NDIS services including SIL, Supported Living, and Community Services.
- Business, sales, or marketing management experience is highly desirable.
- Commitment to the values, vision, and mission of the organisation including leadership and implementation.
- Sound knowledge of the general business practice
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Outstanding planning and organising skills demonstrating initiative when working without direct supervision
- Emotional intelligence, resilience, and physical capacity to perform the work required.
- An understanding of an adherence to working within personal and professional boundaries in a multicultural environment.

**Salary**: $30.30 - $34.00 per hour
