**The Opportunity**

Working closely with and supported by the clinical, lifestyle and hospitality teams, you will work with limited direct supervision and be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner. Enabling residents to make choices and have control over their support needs.

**About You**

At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so experience in the aged care sector is not necessary. What is essential however is that you are resident / customer centric, with the ability to “think on your feet”. With effective communication skills that build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. In addition, you will also
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care).
- Alternatively have completed 1st year nursing studies and associated placement.
- Successful applicants must have NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Able to provide availability over a variety of shifts.
- Have a proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
- Current First Aid and Manual Handling Certificates.
- Right to work in Australia essential.
