**What roles are on offer?**
The role we have up for grabs is for a Car Sales Trainee to start their career with well-known, high demand New Car dealership located in
**Arncliffe.**

This is your chance to enter the Automotive industry and learn from the best

Your main aim as a Car Sales Trainee is to connect with customer's and ensure they have a seamless, exciting and genuine car buying experience.

Your day-to-day looks like:

- Providing 5 star customer service.
- Demonstrating the latest vehicles your dealership has to offer.
- Taking customers on insightful test drives in the vehicle of their choice.
- Tailoring the vehicle of choice to suit customer’s key requirements.
- Assist with the negotiation of price and terms.
- Provide your customers a professional handover when they come to pick up their brand new vehicle.
- Participate in all the necessary on the job training and professional development that is offered by the dealership.

Also the trainee title is purely results-focused (not time-specific) and is typically fast-tracked in as little as 1-3 months depending on how comfortable you feel and the progress you make.

By progressing from a trainee, you'll receive an increased remuneration package and commission plan with the ability to run your day, book your own appointments & sell as many cars as your heart desires.

**Do I receive training & support?**
You sure do You will receive:

- Sales & Product training from the dealership's Management team and Senior consultants.
- Specific product training by the new car manufacturer (e.g. if you are employed by a Toyota dealership you will have training provided by Toyota Australia
- Total Selling Solutions - The dealership can elect to enrol you in our specialised Online Sales Cadetship course

The great news is that all training mentioned above comes at
**no cost.** It's all provided on the job which means there is zero down time, and you are paid from day one to learn.

**Who are you?**
- Experience providing customer service either via the phone or face to face is essential.
- Are able to communicate clearly.
- Take pride in being punctual, professional, and organised.
- Get enjoyment out of building relationships and rapport with customer’s.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers licence and have your own transport.
- Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
- Available to work most weekends due to the nature of retail sales.
