**WHAT WE DO**
Grid Electrics Group delivers large-scale commercial solar systems across schools, warehouses, and government infrastructure. This isn’t some neat little 6.6kW on a granny’s tile roof. It’s high-stakes, high-output, and high standard.

You’ll be boots-on-metal, running cable, integrating switchboards, wiring inverters, and mounting 300+ panels per job. All while staying two steps ahead of audit-grade inspections.

**YOUR ROLE**
You’ll join a Melbourne-based elite install crew — built for execution, not excuses.
- Deploy 50kW-500kW+ commercial systems
- Mount panels, run cabling, wire inverters, connect switchboards
- Read and execute site plans solo or as a strike team
- Solve electrical issues without guesswork
- Travel across metro + regional VIC — occasional nights, paid travel and accom

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 1+ Year solar install or roofing experience
- White Card, Working at Heights (EWP a bonus)
- Driver’s license — don’t waste our time if you don’t have it
- Mindset: Show up early. Operate sharp. Finish strong. No excuses.

**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 60 per week
