**In short**:
The B2B Marketing Specialist Oceania is a dynamic marketer to take On to the next phase by helping to craft the brand experience in our Wholesale channel in Oceania, authentically bringing to life On’s mission through Trade Marketing. You will partner closely with the local country team to execute the brand strategy across key accounts and vertical champions to ensure a smooth rollout of our campaigns and other consumer activations across our sales channels. You will strive to create dynamic consumer engagement opportunities and help to drive conversion in partnership with our accounts both in-store and online.

This role reports to the B2B Marketing Lead Oceania and is based in Australia, with some travel required in line with business needs.

**Your Mission**:

- Collaborate with our Wholesale partners to activate On as a brand in a house of brands, through campaigns, events and other consumer-facing activities
- Lead the execution of in-store displays and fixtures at our Wholesale partners in Oceania, in collaboration with our design team to concept custom and standard window executions and a diverse set of trade tools in order to achieve sell-thru goals
- Maintain excellent relationships with our B2B partners to secure more space in-store to elevate our brand experience, as well as with our vendors to ensure a premium execution
- Support our Wholesale partners and our APAC distributors in the campaign roll-out, by servicing assets and other deliverables proactively
- Support wider team to implement and run brand lead events through retail partners

- You enjoy cross-functional communication and cooperation with other departments as well as external partners - you are a natural networker that likes to pitch their ideas to others.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience
