We are a leading ecommerce accelerator offering services such as marketplace acceleration, D2C ecommerce consulting, and a full-service digital agency including SEM, SEO, Social, CRM, and Affiliate marketing. We work with brands to fast-track their digital success in competitive markets both in Australia and internationally.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Graduate to join our team and support our Head of Marketing across a range of marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently completed a marketing or digital marketing qualification and is looking to kick-start their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This full-time, hybrid role will be based in our Melbourne, Australia office.

What is a day in the life of a B2B Marketing Assistant?

Event Coordination:
- Assist with planning and executing B2B events, including sourcing venues and coordinating logistics.-
- Support virtual and digital marketing initiatives to showcase our service offerings and engage with potential partners.

Webinar Support:
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm webinar topics and create presentation materials.- Promote webinars through digital channels, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.- Help manage webinar logistics, including registrations and post-event follow-ups.

Social Media Coordination:
- Support the creation of content for LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.- Monitor and report on social media engagement and propose strategies to grow our presence.

Content Marketing:
- Assist in creating high-quality content, such as blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.- Contribute to research reports and thought leadership materials to position the business as an industry leader.-
PR & Media Relations:
- Collaborate with our external PR agency to ensure alignment with key messaging. Team Events, Office Administration & Executive Support:
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal team events and activities.- Provide general office administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.- Offer general support to the Managing Director, including scheduling, research, and coordination tasks.

What can I expect in my first 90 days of the role?

In your first 90 days, you’ll undergo a comprehensive induction program to set you up for success. This will include meeting key stakeholders across the business to gain an understanding of how each team operates, as well as opportunities to connect with our international marketing teams. You’ll participate in two-week rotations across key departments—Marketplaces, SEM, SEO, CRM, and Social - giving you hands-on exposure to the strategies and day-to-day operations of each area. By the end of this period, you’ll contribute to the development of tailored marketing plans for each department, equipping you with a broad understanding of the business and its integrated approach to digital marketing.

What will I need to thrive in this role?- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Digital Media (or equivalent) from Monash University or the University of Melbourne.- A minimum GPA of 3.5.- A proactive and organised mindset, with attention to detail and time management skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in networking and presenting.- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram) and a passion for content creation.- A strong interest in digital marketing and ecommerce, with a desire to grow in this space.- Basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.-
