**What we’re looking for**:
We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service superstar to join our fun and dynamic team

This is a unique opportunity for someone with superb interpersonal skills and a real flair for sales, looking to progress their career working with a reputable industry leader.

**Your new role**:
You will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service, primarily in the counter sales area. Your key responsibilities include:

- Provision of customer service, effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries
- Counter sales including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set
- Coordinating between departments to see orders completed and dispatched correctly and in a timely manner
- Managing customer relationships to ensure we fully understand and are meeting their needs.
