Relationship Manager

**About the Role**
The purpose of this role is to deliver on our distribution strategy through new client acquisition and deepening the relationship with our existing clients.

Key Accountabilities:

- Supporting the Senior Relationship Manager with managing their existing residential lending portfolio, including expiring contracts and annual reviews
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and high expectations in a pressurized environment
- Prepare financial servicing worksheets and write complex credit submissions. A sound understanding of credit policy. The ability to understand different lending structures to better meet customer’s needs.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and engage with customers to better understand their needs and use this to shape retention opportunities
- Partner with the Assistant Relationship Manager to coordinate prioritisation of workflow and delegate accordingly, as well as play an active part in their learning and development.
