**About the role**

We are very excited to be creating these brand new roles at TeamKids, to ensure that our programs continue to be as inclusive as possible, ensuring that all children in our OSHC/OOSH program feel safe, respected, and valued

As an Inclusion Support Educator at TeamKids, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages and backgrounds and to make a real difference in their lives. You will be part of a dedicated and supportive team committed to creating the best possible experiences for the children in our care.

Work closely with our educators and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote inclusivity, equity, and diversity.

**Your responsibilities**
- Work closely with our educators and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote inclusivity, equity, and diversity.
- Liaison with various stakeholders, including parents, support agencies, child protection, etc.
- Assistance with Behavioural Support Plans.
- Ongoing training to support your own growth in this area.

**About you**

As a big kid at heart, you will display our values daily and bring your hardworking and fun nature to our team. You like bringing ideas and improvements to the table, and you continually strive to provide a WOW factor to everything you & your team deliver.

Ideally you will have:

- Current qualification in inclusion, education support or disability support is an advantage.
- A current driver’s licence, and access to a motor vehicle.
- Proven experience supporting children with additional needs, and an understanding of behaviour & inclusion strategies.
- Strong ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and administration experience.
- Collaborative nature and genuine in approach.
