The role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Sales Associate to support the Sales Managers within the ACT Portfolio. The ACT portfolio includes The Aerie in Narrabundah, The Grove in Ngunnawal and Isabella Gardens in Isabella Plains.
The Sales Associate is responsible for completing a range of administrative and logístical activities to support the sales region, and the activation of Community Engagement and sales initiatives.
The Sales Associate is expected to undertake duties to support the Sales Manager, including:
- Develop strong and positive relationships with community stakeholder groups and manage communications and events as appropriate.- Monitoring and updating content for the village website listings including coordinating photography and liaising with marketing to ensure listings are accurate and posted in a timely manner.- Conduct regular inspections/audit of all vacant properties to ensure overall presentation including cleaning and garden maintenance requirements are being met. Coordinate works to be completed.- Assisting the Sales Manager with Contract Management, compliance and administration through to completion of sale.- Proficient use of CRM systems to assist with inputting customer information, and assist the Sales Manager with database management in general- Proficient use of in-house systems to assist with management of sales files- Assist with outgoing vendor management process including preparation of associated vendor communication- Assist with the preparation of Sales Appraisal submissions including inspection of properties, liaising with refurbishment and village teams to finalise scope of works and uploading photography in Salesforce- Ensuring sales and marketing collateral is consistent and up to date in line with compliance and customer experience.- Managing the promotion and invitations to large on-site events for community engagement.
About You- High School Certificate or similar qualification-
- Australian Driver’s License and own transport- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint- IT skills sufficient to learn CRM, finance, EDM and other computer based systems- Experience with a residential builder, real estate, retirement, aged care and/or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential
