TeamKids has an exciting part-time, permanent Sports Club Coordinator role avaiable at one of our School Before & After School, and School Holiday Programs in Narrabundah.

**About the Role**
This role is permanent and part-time with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. You will report into our Director of Service and assist them to deliver an outstanding Sports Club as part of our program.
As the Sports Club Coordinator, you will mainly focus on sports activities, however on occasion, you’ll assist with the delivery of some of our other themed “Clubs” on offer for the children in this program.
The role will also involve:
- Building a fantastic relationship with your school and partner on school events and community engagement
- Enjoying autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching sport-based experiences everyday
- Fostering fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight
- Leading a team of Educators to assist with the delivery of your program, and to actively supervise the children in our care to ensure their safety & wellbeing.
- Representing TeamKids within your school community and be an ambassador for our brand.
**Role specifics**:
Permanent Part-Time: Monday to Friday
Before School Care hours: 7:30am - 9:00am
After School Care Hours: 2:30pm - 6:00pm
Admin: 2.5 hours per week
- Block shifts during Vacation Care time.
**About You**
- You love sports & you love kids, in fact you’re still a big kid at heart
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you’re talking with a preppie, their parent, one of your team or the school principal
- Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- Previous experience running a Before and After School Care program preferred but not essential
- You’re a natural leader with an eye for detail
- Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
- You’re energetic, enthusiastic and love to have FUN
