A fantastic opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Audit team as an Actuarial Audit Manager, reporting to the Head of Audit.
In this key role, you will oversee the delivery of audits in close collaboration with team members across Group Audit, as well as overseeing complex areas directly. You will undertake the risk assessment audit planning, develop an appropriate scope, key risks and assess the environment, including leveraging Data Analytics, and leveraging GenAI. Collaborating with regional technical centres and senior team members, you will drive inputs and insights to deliver exceptional outcomes across the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead and deliver impactful audits across actuarial domains, including complex and high-risk areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional Centres of Excellence to embed innovation and insight into audit delivery
- Drive digital transformation in audit by leveraging data analytics, and GenAI to assess risk and enhance audit effectiveness
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making through high-quality, insight-driven audit reports
- Champion agile audit practices and foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and collaboration
- Support the advancement of the Actuarial Centre of Excellence and uplift actuarial knowledge across the function.
**Important to your success -**Unlock your potential**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in insurance in Actuarial or Finance fields
- Experience in actuarial auditing or actuarial, with a strong grasp of risk and control environments
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for agile, collaborative, and future-focused ways of working
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business impact.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset coupled with strong report writing skills
- Solid understanding of Internal Audit Standards, methodology and internal control frameworks.
