**Chrysalis - Forensic Mental Health Service**, is an accommodation and case management service. The service focusses on working with people who have a history within the criminal justice system and have been found by the court as unfit to stand trial or not guilty by reason of mental impairment.

**About the Role**

The Social Worker is responsible for working alongside clients to source appropriate long-term housing, develop wellness strategies, and establish meaningful connections in the community through case management and psychoeducation.

**About You**
- You will have demonstrated experience in the following areas:_
- Professional experience in case management of people who live with a mental illness
- Experience supporting people access community, public, and private housing.
- Professional experience supporting people through Recovery Oriented Practice.
- Professional experience in supporting people through a Trauma Informed perspective.
- Available on call as per required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Maintenance of a full, unrestricted South Australian Driver’s License
- National Police Certificate
- Maintenance of First Aid and CPR certificate
- DHS Vulnerable person related employment check or:

- DHS Aged Care employment check or
- DHS Disability employment check or
- DHS Working with Children Check
