Our East Melbourne client requires Daily Living and Personal Care Monday to Saturday.

Our clients request and preference is for female support.
- Assistance with personal care in the morning and throughout the day
- Daily Living assistance throughout the day which may include: - meal preparation, cooking assistance, shopping, assisting with errands including attending medical appointments.
- Domestic assistance (cleaning duties)
- Respond to the client’s needs and collaborate positively with their family
- Keep accurate records and complete progress notes

- Cert. III in Disability or similar
- Minimum 1 year Industry Experience supporting clients with a disability
- The ability to provide care 1 on 1 ratio
- Ability to follow and understand participants support plans
- A person-centred care and support approach
- Excellent communication skills with an empathetic approach
- A friendly & happy nature. Be able to build and maintain positive relationships and trust with our valued clients and their families

Registration Requirements:

- The right to work in Australia
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC) (or willingness to obtain)
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Completed the on-line NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety & You’ and NDIS New Worker Induction Module
- Proof of all mandatory vaccinations
- Two professional references
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR training
