Who are we?

Palermo is part of the San Telmo Group encompassing 5 vibrant restaurants in the CBD. We offer creative flare for our bar tenders and want you to showcase your skills and mixology methods We import our own wines from Argentina and Italy so be ready for a complete custom experience when it comes to learning some delicious new drops. We take you on a training journey of Argentinean wines with our very own Argentinean Wine experts who have worked in famous wine growing areas like Mendoza and Salta.
