**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an opportunity for a creative individual to enable our vision as a Studio Manager in our Womenswear team. You will be responsible for supporting your Creative team by ensuring the steady flow and completion of projects in the Creative Studio. We will look to you to effectively communicate briefs and messages between departments and Studio team members so that projects are understood and expectations are met. You will advocate the continual improvement of workflow to ensure that the studio team adhere to processes and meet deadlines, by maintaining an active weekly work-in-progress list. You will be responsible for coaching and leading your studio team to success by sharing your expertise and ideas to ensure we are aligning with our Brand’s vision and DNA. If you are someone who is passionate about delivering on innovative and creative solutions and enjoy leading a team of like-minded individuals, then this could be the role for you.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated background or experience in a VM, Photography, Styling, Graphic Design or Finished Art role in ecommerce.
- Proven experience producing and managing project schedules
- preferably for ecommerce shoots, as well as booking in creative shoots
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proven leadership experience and ability to coach and inspire a team
- Ability to be find solutions and make confident decisions
- Ability to prioritise and manage the workload of a team to ensure studio deadlines are met
