**Your new role**

Reporting to the Senior Park Ranger, you’ll:

- Conduct a range of regeneration/restoration activities, including but not limited to: weed control, direct seeding, enrichment planting, ecological and weed reduction burning and mapping and monitoring of significant flora and fauna
- Safely operate and maintain plant and equipment for onsite environmental works
- Maintain revegetation projects
- Maintain aesthetic amenities of parks and reserves including but not limited to: rubbish removal, path maintenance, storm damage and reporting hazards

**What you'll need to succeed**

Qualifications in Natural Resource Management; you’ll have:

- Knowledge of exotic and indigenous flora and fauna
- Experience undertaking revegetation / regeneration projects
- Knowledge of integrated weed management practices using chemical and manual control options
- Basic chainsaw / chipper operation
- Safe and competent driving of vehicles i.e.: 4WD and small trucks
