Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent working across our clinics in Craigieburn and Coolaroo, occasionally working at our Epping clinic. This role is a Full time
- 12 month fixed term contract, working Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 8am and 5pm.
**Key responsibilities**:
Working a mixture of Front Desk Reception Duties and Back Office Contact Centre work
Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
Previous medical receptionist and call centre experience (highly desirable but not essential)
Clear communication skills, both in speaking and listening, along with patience and empathy for people in varying situations
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Customer service experience
You'll be flexible working autonomously and in a team environment
