**The Company**:
Established 30+ years ago, our client is a private property development and investment company that acquires, improves and then holds property across commercial, industrial and residential asset classes. Housed in modern CBD offices, you will form a part of this mature and welcoming team comprising 5 staff, some of whom have been with the business 5+, 10+ and 20+ years.

**Duties**:
As the sole Property & Facility Manager for the company you to be involved in many aspects of property management (60%) and other matters in the property life cycle, including working towards a common goal to execute the project development and investment from beginning to end (40%).
- Complete rent roll management including collection of monthly rents for industrial and commercial tenants (approx. 20 tenants from $50,000 to $700,000 pa)
- Oversee and instruct external residential agents whilst managing 15 properties for the company
- Facility management including repairs, maintenance, AFSS, air conditioning, fire infrastructure etc.
- Liaising with Councils in relation to Development Approvals

**Specific requirements**:

- Commercial / Industrial property management experience
- Experience in the management, supervision, and procurement of Builders and Subcontractors (for repairs)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficiency with ProGen software (or similar)
- Drivers license, Workplace safety card and Covid Vaccination Certificate
