We are looking for a senior Administration person to join our team, to provide a systematic and consistent approach across the Group of companies as we expand. The role is based at the Cullinan Group's head office in Adelaide, Australia.

In addition to business administration skills, this role will require excellent communication skills, a service-focussed and flexible attitude, an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and a capacity to provide a friendly yet highly professional support service.

**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Arrange and distribute travel bookings and itineraries.
- Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to collating, modifying, proofing and publishing documentation.
- Maintain and improve electronic filing systems and document control systems.
- Maintain and improve office processes and procedures via Learning Management system.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Setup and coordinate meetings, workshops and training sessions.
- Manage meeting room bookings / requests.
- Maintain and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain office environment and common areas, including purchasing of office supplies.
- Assist with orientation of new staff including preliminary setup in company systems and platforms and management of security access.
- Manage office phone systems and the relationship with telecommunication providers.

**Capability**:

- A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite of programs.
- Experience with document control systems (ie. Templafy) and document governance would be an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An exceptional level of literacy and high standards of written communication
- A systematic approach and high level of organisational skills
- Minimum 7 years experience in a business administration role
- Ability to train, supervise and manage new admin staff in the corporate support team as the Group grows

**Line Management**:

- Reports to the CEO

**Salary**:

- Will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
