**About the role**:
An opportunity has arisen to appoint a** Full Time Equipment Coordinator** to join our small and experienced team located in our **Brisbane**office.

Servicing the **NSW** market, and reporting to the State Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Providing superior customer service to both new and existing customers regarding general enquiries
- Preparation of quotes and following up of leads
- Diary management and allocation of jobs
- Building and maintaining relationships with key account customers
- Liaising with suppliers and having an awareness of stock levels
- General Administration support to a small team

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong organisation and prioritisation skills, in addition to:

- Computer literacy and a good command of the MS office suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to foster and grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive and driven
- A solid understanding of logistics and [input state/s] geography
