**The Role**:
Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, the Merchandise Administrator will support the Category Team in the growth and profitability of a specific category, whilst having a strong focus on administrative processes, and data analytics.

**Duties include**:

- Administration Support all members of the category team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Assist with loading of images and catalogue layouts
- Administer processes relating to the category
- Manage product data related activities including vendor cost changes, clearance excess reporting, product data and pricing maintenance
- Assist with retail and trade promotional builds and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with event and promotional planning
- Data base management
- Compile weekly reporting

**About You**:

- Administrative background
- High level excel skills
- Retail experience desirable
- Strong organisational skills and able to juggle a number of constantly changing priorities
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work effectively without close supervision, with a flexible approach
- Studies in marketing/merchandise an advantage
