**The Role**:
You will work with the Studio Manager, Producers and Artists to coordinate the operational requirements of the daily workflow. This position will liaise with clients, answer their enquiries and relay messages between clients, production and team members.
You will be required to complete daily administrative tasks while maintaining the housekeeping and upkeep of the overall studio. This role will also see you assisting and supporting the senior management team and producers.
As the first point of contact for our Sydney Studio, the role is pivotal in ensuring an optimal client experience.
**Your key duties and responsibilities will be, but are not limited to**:
- Manage and maintain the studio’s housekeeping and general presentation.
- Managing the artist’s areas and ensuring the studio is always presentable.
- Coordinate all food and beverage requests for clients & staff and ensure tracking & costing documents are updated
- Accurately record and relay messages from clients
- Liaise with building management, tradespeople and contractors, re: building issues
- People and culture administrations, including staff events
- Coordinate dispatch of packages and postal requirements for staff and clients
- Assist with additional ad-hoc as required
- Monitor and manage all social media platforms
- Identify content requirements and manage marketing content production, including writing and designing targeted marketing collateral for promotional material, including newsletters, brochures, and promotional items.

- Minimum of 2-5 years experience within a complementary skill set industry
- Highly organised with strong written and communication skills
- Excellent scheduling and task management skills
- Ability to liaise and collaborate with clients, artists and producers
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to problem solve effectively in a fast paced environment

- Strong sense of client service
