Essence Sydney is looking for our newest Communications Coordinator

As the Communications Coordinator, you will be assisting in the execution of client’s campaigns. You will be responsible for setting up, trafficking and monitoring of all campaigns. You will be responsible for management of client’s material, and general administration tasks for your Essence team.

But at Essence, it’s so much more than this. Our Comms Coordinators can be involved in the whole process, from strategy through to post analysis. You will assist in the planning of the media experience, and the execution of the trades. A Comms Coordinator is the hub of the team, living and breathing all channels and building strong relationships with a wide range of partners.

We dynamically trade all campaigns, which means we know the market best. All our Coordinators are empowered to be involved widely across the client team, so you get exposure to all stages of the process.

Technical
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exposure to a marketing or business communications internship
- Exposure to any media advertising or marketing principles
- Additional training or exposure to any advertising software

Behavioural
- Proactive approach to improving media knowledge and capability
- Organisation, project management and coordination skills
- Attention to detail with an effective and efficient working style
- Able to communicate effectively and work as part of the wider team
- Enthusiasm for online and offline media and keen to develop a career within media
- A desire to work within an integrated team
