**About the role**

Prana Chai requires a Production Manager to ensures the creation of all Prana Chai goods at the production factory in Cheltenham. It is a fast-paced team, and the Production Manager is responsible for the team attending to their allocated assembly lines and performing their processing tasks efficiently and working to meet the team targets, ensuring efficient and timely production of Prana Chai products, within budget, as per clients’ orders and to industry standard.
- Establish and facilitate production strategies which in turn enhance the production and efficiency of the assembly lines, while supporting occupational health and safety policies and procedures
- Implement, oversee and control the production schedule, including designation of operating and maintenance schedule
- Analyse and monitor production, quantity control and minimising waste
- Oversee, monitor and direct maintenance of equipment, stock take performed monthly
- Oversee, monitor and direct the use of company issued equipment, including communication devices, laptops, iPads and other tools
- Manage, collect and report on production data, KPI’s etc. to support routine dashboards and special reports as required by Plant Manager and Directors
- Ensure output and packaging meet industry quality standards
- Ensure all manual handling duties - lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching are undertaken by the manufacturing team members following OHS guidelines
- Ensure manufacturing team follows all safety rules and regulations, implement and maintain a team culture of speaking up and be mindful of risks.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in engineering or related technical field preferred
- Capability to perform all manufacturing team responsibilities efficiently, correctly and systematically in accordance with policies and standards.
- 2 years’ experience of technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Language: English (required)
