**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brew.
- Ensure consistent quality in every cup by adhering to our standards and recipes.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and answering any questions about our coffee offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar, equipment, and workspace.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting fellow team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista in a high-volume specialty coffee environment is essential.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and alternative brewing methods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional coffee experiences.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $37.30 per hour
