**Barista / All-Rounder - Brisbane CBD Café (Weekdays Only)**

We’re a fast-paced café located in the heart of Brisbane City, and we’re looking for a **skilled barista/all-rounder** to join our friendly team

**What the role involves**:

- Dialing in and adjusting grinders for consistent, quality coffee
- Preparing coffee and smoothie orders to a high standard
- Providing great customer service at the counter
- Supporting the kitchen when needed (light food prep)
- Maintaining cleanliness and assisting with closing procedures, including coffee machine shut-down

**What we’re looking for**:

- Solid experience with specialty coffee (including recipe-based dosing and yield monitoring)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- A reliable team player who communicates well and takes initiative
- Someone who brings positivity and professionalism to the workplace

**Shifts & Work Hours**:

- Regular hours: Monday to Friday, **6:45am - 1:30pm**
