Programmed Skilled Workforce are looking for a Field Technician to work with our client on the Yorke Peninsula. Our client is a successful, modern water utility that is wholly owned by the Government of South Australia. We employ more than 1,400 South Australians across a broad range of disciplines who operate over $14 billion of assets. We deliver essential water and sewerage services to more than 1.7 million South Australians.

**Programmed Skilled Workforce are looking for a Field Technician to work with our client on the Yorke Peninsula.**

We deliver essential water and sewerage services to more than 1.7 million South Australians.

This role is responsible for undertaking field-based preventative and corrective maintenance, along with responding to emergencies and reported faults in an efficient and professional manner. The role is based in Yorketown.

**Responsible for**:

- Preventative and emergency maintenance
- Fault finding and resolution
- Undertaking assessments, repair services
- Installation of extensions and new connections
- Repairing water pipes
- Efficient and effective customer delivery.

**To succeed in this opportunity you will need**
- a strong, proven work ethic
- enjoy talking with customers and delivering outcomes
- proven safety awareness, putting safety above all else
- HC driver's license (essential)
- Work Zone Traffic Management Certificate (desirable)
- excavator licence (essential)
- skill in the use of hand and power tools.
- Be available to work Monday - Friday for 3 months.
