As a Customer Care Agent, your mission will be to commit to the practice of making people smile. You will be helping customers through their Byte journey right from the start, so it's important you know our products inside out and will be able to answer questions about clear aligners, orthodontics and how we can help their teeth.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Be the voice of Byte AU
- Calling customers to support the Byte Advisors and Sales Teams
- Monitor and update customer journeys in Salesforce
- Be the main point of contact for customers with enquiries
- Meeting / exceeding sales targets for impression kits and sales of other products in accordance with business objectives
- Managing customer leads, stages, and conversion tracking
- Setting appropriate sales cadences to customer accounts
- Knowledge on the entire Byte journey and FAQs for general support
- Assisting other departments or ad-hoc duties as required by management
- Be the main point of contact for support to our Dental Labs and 3PL Distribution Centre

**Experience and Qualifications**
- 2+ years of sales experience and/or customer service experience.
- Health care experience is a plus, but not required
- Business Degree or relevant study highly regarded
- Experience and/or knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is desirable

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
