The Senior Digital Product Owner is responsible for the delivery of AEM initiatives across a range of public and secure websites for our clients. This role will lead a portfolio of initiatives that develop new and enhance existing experiences across a range of brands. You will be accountable for developing a clear and compelling vision that will be used to lead the scrum team and align business stakeholders.

**Necessary experience**:

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, IT, Analytics, Project Management, Business or a relevant field
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in digital product management
- Strong understanding and experience working with AEM (content management, digital asset management, target and analytics)
- Creative and strategic thinker with demonstrated success driving innovation from vision to execution and delivering tangible business results
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills; ability to overcome obstacles to complete projects and deliver results
- Deep understanding of customer journeys with proven ability to transform customer needs to actionable product roadmaps and requirement
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, written/verbal communications, and ability to influence cross functional teams / stakeholders
