**Skin and Wellness Clinic Receptionist (3-months Part-time to Full-time Opportunity)**

If you have a warm and friendly personality and love to be organised, we are looking for you to be our front of house client relations receptionist at our boutique skin, aesthetics and wellness clinic.

**You will have**:

- Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in customer service or patient relations a big plus
- Familiarity with skincare terminology (a plus but not mandatory)
- Availability during our clinic operating hours Tuesday to Saturday

**Key Roles/Responsibilities**:

- Front desk greeting patients and making them feel welcome
- We love spoiling our patients with little extras such as collagen drinks or probioticshots to enhance their clinic visit
- Some Medical Reception duties such as chasing up blood tests and correspondingwith specialist clinics and other doctors
- Billing Procedures for Health and Aesthetics Consultations
- Some light cleaning duties to keep our space looking its best
- Online website sales packing and sending orders
- Skincare and Mineral Make-Up retail sales
- Ordering stock and maintaining stock levels
- Helping and being involved with researching new products or services
- Checking up on patients post procedures

**The role may also extend in the future to**:

- Assisting Nurse Practitioner with complex cosmetic aesthetic procedures
- Clinical skin procedures, mesotherapy, medical grade peels, masks and othertreatment services to come

**Desirable Experience**:Skin or Beauty Clinics, Medical or Health Clinics, outstanding customer service, beauty therapy or dermal therapy, receptionist roles, social media post creation and posting.

Beginning as Part Time with more hours available for the right person. Some Flexibility with days as long as you are reliable, honest, hard working and have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
