**The Organisation**:
Our client is one of Melbourne’s most well respected home builders. They are renowned for building stylish architecturally designed homes as well as more standard, greenfield production housing.

The client operate across many sectors - High end custom homes valued $600k -$3M as well as offering 2nd & 3rd buyer homes and affordable turn key Investment homes.

With a strong pipeline of home sales, they are seeking additional skilled drafters to join their team of industry leading professionals.

**The Role & Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with all internal & external stakeholders as required;
- Identify potential operational issues and re-design products to improve functionality;
- Draft tender and contract drawings for appointments;
- Assist with production enquiries;
- Preparation of contract plans and construction plans from scratch as directed for a range of products;
- Create detailed designs with computer-aided; Software AutoCAD / Revit
- Minimum 2 years local building industry drafting experience
- AutoCAD and or Revit experience
- Thorough knowledge of Rescode and BCA/NCC
- Town planning experience
- Liaise with internal departments, site supervisors, Estimating, Customer Service and stakeholders.
- Understanding of construction methods, documentation coordination and review
- Take ownership of projects you have been allocated including driving outcomes amongst your colleagues;
