**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Eagle Farm, 4009. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Supervise and lead a team of vehicle inspectors and forklift operators
- Provide strong leadership through exceptional organisation skills, setting clear direction, role clarity and performance expectations for your team
- Ensure WHS standards are upheld and managed as per WHS policies
- Monitor and manage stock location, stock audits, vehicle movements and workflow
- Ensure all KPI's are met in line with vehicle sales channel and vendors requirements
- Ensure all aspects of HR are managed for your team i.e. recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- A proven track record in operations management, ideally with experience in the auction or automotive industries
- Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments
- Ability to engage and motivate a team with strong people management skills
- Competent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent MS Office skills and the ability to learn our user-friendly auction system
- Demonstrated understanding of WH&S regulations
- Current/valid manual Driver's licence and Forklift licence (essential)
