Position:
Required highly motivated person with excellent organisation skills and has demonstrated attention to details. Best suited to a person who enjoys communicating with people ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

- Entering and organising picking slips for the warehouse team
- Checking orders leaving the warehouse are invoiced correctly and ensuring delivery options has been provided.
- Maintaining communication with transit drivers and warehouse regarding delivery status and customer information
- Overseeing daily delivery routes
- Track delivery and drivers
- Providing administrative assistance to warehouse coordinators
- Dealing with customers and taking payment
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Assisting Management with tasks as required
- Answering telephone enquires including taking customer orders.
- Locating and Identifying stock.

To be Successful:

- High level of computer skills
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Physically capable, fast work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Forklift license

The Successful applicant will have strong communication skills, whilst maintaining professional manner when interacting with, stakeholders, including management, company owners and customers.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
