**About the Role**

The role provides planning and scheduling support to Technicians to ensure the NSW HVAC Maintain branch fulfils its service call obligations to Clients. The role will directly engage and interact with Technicians and Clients on a daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Proactively scheduling & dispatching PM works
- To participate in labor resource planning with Service Managers and the Branch Manager
- To run the Planned Maintenance Forecast hours report with Service Managers to assist with scheduling
- To identify excess and deficient resourcing arising from current available technician headcount
- To support the Service Managers and Branch Managers to manage available Technician headcount
- To help develop and maintain a schedule and resourcing methodology for the local branch
- To plan the daily schedules for each Technician and allocate via BSAL
- To ensure all technicians have minimum 3 days' worth of work on their Gannt chart
- Raise and allocate all service calls to Technicians
- To follow up with technicians to ensure that service calls are carried out on time and within the contractual requirements
- To resolve scheduling issues with Technicians as they arise, escalating to Service Managers or the Branch Manager as necessary
- To monitor technicians hours daily and weekly to achieve utilization targets
- To liaise with Administration to follow up on missing daily timesheets with Technicians
- To ensure apprentices are assigned to a technician to ensure a high ratio of productive time
- Proactively scheduling works

**To be a part of the team, we require**:

- Experience in scheduling, rostering and labor resourcing planning.
- Experience in front line client and technician engagement.
- Experience with working with ERPs and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Organization, problem solving and time management skills
