Join our rapidly growing transportation company as a Fleet Controller and take your career to the next level We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage our fleet of vehicles and oversee daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and allocate resources to meet customer demands
- Plan and coordinate routes for vehicles and drivers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Analyze data and prepare reports to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Foster a positive and safe working environment for all team members.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lidcombe, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
