**About Us**:
Inside Cafe showcases the very best coffee and hospitality experience. We are on the hunt for a new team member to join us on a casual basis, working 15-20 hours across 2-4 shifts. Availability on Monday, Tuesday, and both weekend days is essential. Whether you're an experienced barista looking to advance your coffee career or someone with a passion for customer service eager to dive into the hospitality and specialty coffee industry, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and serving customers.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure the café performs at its best, including opening and closing procedures for the coffee machine and area.
- Work with top-of-the-range equipment and with our specialty ONA coffee.
- Potential perform different brewing methods including V60 Pour Over
- Share knowledge and educate customers about all things coffee through retail sales and demonstrations.
- Take orders and deliver beverages in line with our professional standards.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A passion for coffee and customer service.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years of previous relevant experience (especially if you've worked as a barista or in specialty coffee) is preferred, but the right attitude is most important.
- Availability to work on Monday, Tuesday, and weekends is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
