**About Us**:
Our suite of cloud-based software includes InPlace, a robust solution used by universities and tertiary educators worldwide to manage cooperative and work-integrated learning programs including clinical placements in all disciplines, pre-service teacher assignments, internships, and industry projects. InPlace Network, a pioneering platform for employers, facilitates interaction with education bodies to arrange student work experience assignments and graduate recruitment programs. Its significant customers include the UK NHS and large hospital networks in the US. Lastly, InPlace Corrections serves as a comprehensive rehabilitation management platform for the prison sector, optimising prisoner education, rehabilitation, and reintegration and transition-out programs.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing and Communications Specialist will provide written and digital company marketing material providing clear communication across all QuantumIT channels.

**You will lead and support projects across multiple areas of B2B marketing, including**:
Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
- Support GTM strategy and campaign rollouts for new product features and releases
- Align messaging across marketing, sales, and product teams

Digital, Content & Event Marketing
- Create and manage marketing collateral: brochures, articles, case studies, newsletters, and campaign materials
- Manage HubSpot workflows and EDMs
- Coordinate and promote events (webinars, conferences, and customer sessions)

Website & Branding
- Manage website updates and content refreshes
- Ensure brand consistency across channels

Global Marketing & Public Relations
- Tailor content and communications for audiences across Australia, the UK, US, and APAC
- Contribute to PR and thought leadership efforts to grow brand awareness

**What we are looking for**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role (SaaS or tech background ideal)
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, and event marketing
- A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An interest in education, healthcare, or public sector tech is a plus
