Our top reps make over $150k a year through a combination of salary and performance bonuses that are clearly structured and easy to understand. Most first year sales reps make in the $80,000 plus Superannuation pay range.

**WHAT DO WE DO?**

We primarily work with service based industries and connect companies with customers. Whilst a small number of our clients are sold online, we are best when we can get in front of a customer and shake their hand.

**HOW DO I APPLY?**

Our interview process consists of 3 steps:

- A telephone Interview (10 minutes)
- A Zoom Interview (15 minutes)
- A face to face Interview (1.5 hours)

We will only contact applicants who have been shortlisted in the required window whilst we are still actively looking for someone to fill the role.

**MORE INFORMATION**

The pay range reflects your estimated earnings when your salary and bonuses are combined. Our average employee makes $90,000 a year and our Team Leaders make $200,000+

HOWEVER, keep in mind that our staff are _not _average sales people. They are positive, motivated and hard working and consistently win national sales awards for their results.

The same way that the average athlete runs faster than the average person. If you know that you are not someone who is very positive, motivated or hard working, then you do not need to apply.

**This job is Monday to Friday and not suitable for students.**

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
