Handyman/Caretaker required for residence in Toorak - HTMM

We are seeking an experienced handyman to help maintain the grounds and exterior of this beautiful home located in the Melbourne suburb of Toorak. Duties are varied but will generally include keeping the pathways and outdoor areas clean of garden debris and cobwebs as well as light maintenance and other odd-jobs that come up on a weekly basis.
If you have experienced in pool maintenance that would be a bonus as ideally they are looking for someone who can take care of all the requirements including minor car maintenance, ie. Re-fueling, washing, arranging (drop off/pick up car) log-book services when due, gardening, cleaning windows and other glass areas, basic handyman repairs and other odd jobs.
We are looking for someone who has the following:
Experience in handyman duties such as basic carpentry, electrical and basic repairs;
Have a keen interest in gardening;
Strong communication abilities;
Be organised and have an aptitude in problem solving;
Be proactive and have the ability to work autonomously;
Have a high attention to detail;
Drivers license and own vehicle.
Tools and equipment can be provided.
Days: Flexible for the right person
**Salary**: $50/hour Negotiable, depending on skills and experience (ABN preferred)
**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
