**PA/Family Assistant for family in Toorak, Melbourne - HTMM**

July start for the right person

A family of four in Toorak is seeking a full-time person to assist with all aspects of running and organising their residence and their personal requirements. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of similar experience, who understands the meaning of service and has demonstrated ability to be efficient, flexible and resourceful in assisting the family with their daily requirements.

They have a full-time live-in Cleaner/Housekeeper so you daily duties will revolve around assisting mum with personal errands, on-line and in-house shopping, light housekeeping duties if required, decluttering and keeping the storage areas organised, working with contractors in the home, picking up the two teenage boys from school and taking them to after-school activities as required.

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities include:

- Food shopping 1 to 2 times a week
- Preparing simple meals, snacks and drinks for family and or guests
- Managing the pantry and household items inventory
- Managing the pantry and household items inventory
- Running errands for the house
- Decluttering the house and cupboards when needed
- Pickup / drop off children to and from schools and activities when needed or work with babysitter when needed
- Be the contact person of or to arrange all other household related tradesman or service provider, such as indoor plant caretaker, gardener, housekeeping, laundry pick-up, chefs, florists, etc.
- Organize events or dinner parties for the house. Be the contact person for chefs, florist, entertainment and other service providers
- Organize children extra curriculum activities and playdates
- Assist in the basic travel arrangements for the households
- Packing and unpacking for all travels and trips

Clean Driver License

Hold a Current Police Check or be prepared to complete

Have good references from past employers

Hours: 9:00 - 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Salary package circa A$85-90k including superannuation, leave entitlements

Start Date: ASAP

This is a long term, permanent position.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping management: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- Police Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
