**Location**: Hybrid - (Sydney) - 2-days on-site, 2-days WFH

**Hours**: 32 hours per week (4-day work week, no salary sacrifice)

**Salary**: $75,000 - $85,000 + superannuation

**Job snapshot**:
As Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be tasked with proactively improving our customer’s experience with Wonde through relationship building and support of end-to-end processes. You’ll be a people person who enjoys interacting with a diverse range of individuals and someone who enjoys doing things differently (we love new ideas).

To fit with our passionate, high-performing team, we seek a motivated self-starter and approachable team member who demonstrates a strong work ethic and integrity at all times.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Act as the first point of contact for incoming schools enquiries relating to Wonde products and services
- Liaise internally with our Partnerships Manager, Technical Support Manager, Sales & Account Managers and the broader team to organise and as required perform high-level product demonstrations
- Demonstrate drive and possess the skills needed to manage enquiries and proactively identify how our product suite can help solve their challenges
- Build strong, customer-focused relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Own the entire pipeline process from initial contact, onboarding, audit, and support to ongoing soft account management
- Process orders and quotes through liaison with finance
- Assisting in monitoring and tracking the wider team’s sales performance metrics, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes
- Collecting, analysing and reporting relevant sales data to support the sales team's efforts

- Experience in creating and managing accounts in a CRM
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- The desire to innovate, challenge the norm and continually improve, not simply exist in the role
- Experience in a technical business/industry (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant right to work in Australia
