**Inbound Supervisor**

The Shoe Group (TSG) - Spendless Shoes is one of Australia’s largest shoe retailers with over 200 stores around Australia with a suite of labels such as Spendless, Corasol, Wildfire, Vybe, Everflex & Olympus Shoes.

We’re looking for a proactive **Inbound Supervisor** to lead our team in managing inbound deliveries and ensuring timely distribution to our retail locations. You’ll oversee a fast-paced flow of weekly container arrivals, requiring strategic planning and prioritisation to keep operations seamless. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, efficient handling of inbound tasks to meet our operational goals and exceed expectations for timely store deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee planning, prioritisation, and execution of inbound container operations.
- Coordinate with international and local teams to manage container departures and arrivals.
- Ensure accurate and timely unpacking, stock flow, and put-away processes within the Distribution Centre (DC).
- Supervise and motivate a dynamic team, setting clear expectations and managing performance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, safety standards, and adhere to operational KPIs.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Supervisory experience in a distribution or warehouse setting preferred.
- Fantastic attitude with ability to motivate under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Forklift license required
