
E-billing Analyst

**The Opportunity**
We currently have a permanent opportunity for an E-Billing Analyst to join our Brisbane office.
You will work within our E-Billing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all billing and e-billing for Australia and PNG offices. The E-Billing team analyse and resolve outstanding issues relating to unprocessed or rejected invoices. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting invoice processing via the e-billing hub, issue resolution and vendor relationships in providing e-billing file solutions.
Some of your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Being a key point of contact for the firms global e-billing process, liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally ensuring processes are accurate and robust.
- Analysing and resolving outstanding issues relating to time and costs, unprocessed or rejected invoices.
- Supporting invoice processing via the e-billing system and updating e-billing information when new matters are opened.
- Assisting with regular uploading, monitoring and tracking of e-bills, ensuring that these are accurately input and submitted before any deadlines.
- Resolving issues and build vendor relationships.

**About You**
This role would suit someone who has either legal administrative or secretarial billing exposure, or strong transactional and processing experience with a high level of attention to detail within a financial services or professional services environment, as training and support will be offered.
To be successful in this role you will have the following key skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a finance or legal function, ideally within a professional services environment.
- An understanding of billing or finance processes.
- Strong transactional and processing skills.
- Good numeric, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently where required as you will have the opportunity to work flexibly from time to time.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
