Thinkerbell represents the coming together of scientific inquiry and brilliant creativity - or as we like to call it, ‘Measured Magic’.

As a **Lead Brand Thinker**, you’ll be owning brand projects, from start to finish, helping identify and solve business challenges for different brands. At the same time, you’ll provide guidance and support to core squads to solve the strategic problems their clients have. You’ll help mentor and support Brand Thinkers in the team. You will collaborate with our Thinkers and Tinkers to produce ambitious and innovative work for our clients. You’ll need to take the reins and help us build and nurture our brand, our business and our clients.

You’ll have three key things to do:
**CHAMPION MEASURED MAGIC**
You understand our Four Leaf Clover and the theory that sits behind it, you’ll use it with absolute confidence and help others do the same.
- Project Leadership: You'll lead projects and/or retained pieces of business, as required.
- Entrepreneurialism: Our clients are in the business of building brands and changing behaviours to increase their economic fortune. You'll also help where you can and ensure that we stay on top of opportunities that unlock growth for our clients

**MAKING EVERYTHING BETTER**You won’t be sitting on a mountain, like in most agencies. You’ll maintain regular client contact and lead projects independently; all with the aim of spotting opportunities that enable growth for all clients.

**ALWAYS THERE FOR OTHERS**You’ll always offer a hand when others need it, helping Brand Thinkers and Thinkers to be more strategic and guiding them along the way.

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree
- 3+ years of agency experience
- Comprehensive understanding of creative and marketing practices
