Marketing Manager Brisbane, West End

**The Opportunity**:
We have two new exciting opportunities to join the Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) Marketing team, as the Marketing Manager for one of our industry-leading, household name, full-service fitness bands: Goodlife Health Clubs or Fitness First.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will take responsibility for the development and execution of the full funnel integrated marketing plans for their respective brands. They will work with the rest of the Full-Service marketing team and cross functionally with Sales Operations, Club Operations, Legal to develop compelling marketing campaigns and brand experiences. They will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment - working alongside external media and creative agencies they will dig into performance data and work to optimize campaigns on the fly to maximize campaign performance, and to drive lead generation among prospective customers. Working in conjunction with our insights specialists, you will analyse and report on the results of our initiatives.

**Key duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Leverage the marketing strategy to lead, develop and execute brand plans to deliver the key brand objectives across all channels (Paid and Earned) driving brand demand at top of funnel.
- Work collaboratively with the content marketing manager and performance marketing manager to optimise brand campaigns to ensure a TTL approach is delivered.
- Act as a Brand guardian ensuring all marketing activities are on brand and maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Responsible for marketing campaign calendar to deliver the brand plans.
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market Revenue (GTM) campaigns including product launches and tactical marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and support member growth
- Be the key point of contact for media and creative agencies, managing the relationship on campaigns to ensure delivery of projects is on time and within budget
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, regularly sharing learnings with the wider business, clearly outlining actionable insights to optimise and improve future campaigns.
- Responsible for managing the allocated annual budget, managing end of month receipting and monthly forecasting

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Experience in related positions, with strong brand and integrated marketing experience and superb oral and written communication skills
- Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaign and experience working with media and creative agencies
- Results oriented with strong analytical and excel skills, with experience executing and optimising marketing campaigns across earned, owned, and paid media,
- Self-motivated, nimble and results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal, prioritisation and conflict resolution skills
