**About the Role**

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping others achieve their goals?
We are seeking an energetic and motivated **Course Consultant** to join our supportive and engaging team.

In this rewarding role, you will guide prospective students through every stage of their enrolment journey — from the first enquiry to open days, campus tours, and interviews — providing guidance, encouragement, and genuine care every step of the way.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct campus tours, open nights, and one-on-one interviews to showcase our facilities and student experience.
- Follow up enquiries and nurture relationships to achieve enrolment goals.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the full enrolment process, ensuring each student feels confident and valued.
- Travel between our four Sydney campuses as required for meetings and events.
- Collaborate with a professional, friendly team who share a passion for education and student success.

**About You**
- **Experience in sales, customer service, or student recruitment is essential.**:

- Confident, well-presented, and engaging communicator.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organised, proactive, and motivated to achieve results.
- Nurturing and professional manner with genuine care for students.
- Flexibility to travel between campuses and attend evening open nights as required.
