About us

Geriatric Care Australia (GCA) is a mission-driven, fast-growing provider improving access to community care for older adults in residential aged care. We are currently recruiting for an Enrolled Nurse position for 4–5 days per week (Mon-Fri, business hours).

The role

Help deliver coordinated, patient-centred care with our GPs, geriatricians and RNs. You'll:

  • Perform virtual observations/assessments & escalate concerns
  • Triage residents and facilitate telehealth consults
  • Support chronic disease monitoring and preventive care
  • Coordinate schedules/follow-ups with facilities & care coordinators
  • Document accurately to support compliance and quality improvement

Who we are looking for

  • Current AHPRA registration (essential)
  • Aged care/sub-acute/community experience (minimum 1 year desirable)
  • Strong assessment, communication & digital/EMR skills
  • Able to work autonomously within scope and escalate appropriately
  • Team player, professional, friendly, and flexible to work requirements
  • Great interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and competent documentation skills
