About us
Geriatric Care Australia (GCA) is a mission-driven, fast-growing provider improving access to community care for older adults in residential aged care. We are currently recruiting for an Enrolled Nurse position for 4–5 days per week (Mon-Fri, business hours).
The role
Help deliver coordinated, patient-centred care with our GPs, geriatricians and RNs. You'll:
- Perform virtual observations/assessments & escalate concerns
- Triage residents and facilitate telehealth consults
- Support chronic disease monitoring and preventive care
- Coordinate schedules/follow-ups with facilities & care coordinators
- Document accurately to support compliance and quality improvement

Who we are looking for
- Current AHPRA registration (essential)
- Aged care/sub-acute/community experience (minimum 1 year desirable)
- Strong assessment, communication & digital/EMR skills
- Able to work autonomously within scope and escalate appropriately
- Team player, professional, friendly, and flexible to work requirements
- Great interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
- Excellent clinical knowledge and competent documentation skills
