**About the roles - Field Sales Rep & Internal Sales Specialist**

We have 2 Sales roles available which will be based out of their new offices at Browns Plains.

**1a) Field Sales Rep Duties**

The Sales Rep's role is to grow the territory from the Brown Plains office complementing the Northside office by engaging with existing customers and developing similar relationships with new customers.

**1b) Field Sales Rep Skills & Experience Required**
- Knowledge of typical fasteners used across construction and industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in face-to-face trade sales.
- Be customer driven, fostering strong, open relationships with customers.
- Mechanically or technically minded.
- A strong network of industry contacts is preferable.

**2a) Internal Sales Specialist Duties**

The Internal Sales role is office-based and is more administrative, handling enquiries, processing orders and providing quotations.

**2b) Internal Sales Specialist Skills & Experience Required**
- Previous experience in a similar Internal Sales role.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Process driven with a high attention to detail.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work well in a team environment.
